Do you accept returns, exchanges or cancellations?

All sales are final. Unfortunately, at this time we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

What is your processing time?
We process all orders within the next business day. In most cases we are able to ship within the same business day.

My package is missing, will you refund or reship my items?

We do not refund or reship items. All our items ships via USPS. Your satisfaction is very important to us, however, please note that once an order is shipped (same day or next) carrier delays are beyond our control. We provide tracking number on all orders and we suggest checking your tracking number and contacting USPS with any questions regarding your package. Priority Mail Shipping insures your item up to $100, please select this option when checking out if you want to insure your items. 

Do you ship outside United States?

Unfortunately, at this time, we are limited to shipping our items in United States only.
